Wonderful hotel, staff was willing to help, the location was beautiful to enjoy activities. Got immaculate a double room except in the bedrooms when arrived, truly enjoyed that. The staff members were very-very nice, we received top-notch service. They helped us get a shuttle to-and-from town.

Various activities are offered for free. Unique location. Great beach.
Rooms are already a bit old. Compared to other hotels bad value for money. Breakfast average.

A beautiful location away from the chaos of busy resorts. During 'green' season, a little difficult to make your way around the local roads due to poor condition of roads and rain so you are reasonably isolated from other towns. However, hotel has much of what you need for a few days' stay with some interesting activities to try on site: zip-wiring, horse-riding, golf, Macaw sanctuary, surfing. Wonderful staff and good restaurant.
Rooms and bathrooms are a little dated albeit very comfortable and spacious. Gym also needs a little investment - equipment again rather old although has 1 of each machine available for use.

The staff here are amazing, providing excellent service and making sure I had everything I needed. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I also had the opportunity to try some of the activities offered on-site, such as zip-lining and horse-riding, which added an extra layer of excitement to my stay. this hotel is a tropical paradise and I highly recommend it.
